Swedish American Genealogist
The only journal devoted to Swedish American biography, genealogy, and personal history.
Swedish American Genealogist is a quarterly published in English and contains a column for subscribers' genealogical queries. It is a useful publication for anyone doing Swedish-American and Swedish genealogical research.
The journal was established in 1981 by Dr. Nils William Olsson, a leading immigration historian, and was edited by him until 1998.
SAG is available in either print or digital format. It is issued 4 times a year.
SAG is a benefit for Swenson Center members at the Associate and above level.
December 2020 (Vol. XL No. 4) went out to subscribers the week of March 8, 2021
March 2021 (Vol. XLI No. 1) mailed to subscribers week of September 27, 2021
June 2021 (Vol. XLI No. 2) is in the editing stages
